We are currently seeking a passionate and motivated Operations Manager to join our dynamic team.

Position Overview: The Operations Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, including light manufacturing assembly and inventory management. This role requires excellent customer support skills and a commitment to maintaining a positive work environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, love for golf and hockey, and the ability to take on diverse tasks and responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily warehouse operations, including inventory control, order fulfillment, and shipping
  • Oversee light manufacturing assembly, ensuring timely production and adherence to quality standards
  • Develop and implement efficient processes and procedures to optimize warehouse productivity and organization
  • Provide exceptional customer support, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner
  • Collaborate with other team members to identify and implement improvements to operations and customer service
  • Coordinate and attend trade shows and other company events
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment

Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary degree or trade certificate in a related field is considered an asset
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse management, operations, or a related field
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Passion for golf and hockey
  • Willingness to travel for trade shows and other company events
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to lift/work with packages up to 75 lbs.
