Shipping policy

Shipping Information: The SportScreen Ltd. uses a variety of shipping carriers for all orders, depending on rates, to ensure you get the best price possible. Shipping times vary, and once orders are processed, tracking information is sent accordingly. We currently ship free to Canada and the contiguous United States. Shipping rates apply for all other shipping locations. 

Estimated Shipping Lead Times (from Order Placement):

  • Golf Studios: 1-7 business days
  • Standard SportScreens: 1–3 business days
  • Custom SportScreens & Custom Golf Studios: 10–15 business days, beginning from the date dimensions are confirmed (or from order placement, if dimensions are already provided).

Please note that the lead times provided are for processing within our facility; courier transit times may vary. Lead times may increase during peak seasons.

Delivery Issues:

If your package is not received or has delivery issues, please contact the carrier directly. The carrier’s contact information can be found in your shipping confirmation email. If a package is declared as lost The SportScreen will re-ship your order. Please note that our customer service team follows up daily on tracking information however due to the U.S. Government’s Elimination of the DeMinimus Section 321 all couriers are dealing with unprecedented volume to be processed. UPS specifically has informed us that they are seeing egregious delays from US Customs clearing packages as well as the Partner Government Agencies who are also dealing with this volume. We are following up with our reps daily however this is an unprecedented and never seen before time for cross-border shipping that is out of our control.

Assistance with Delivery Problems:

If you have difficulty reaching the carrier or if there is an issue with the package itself, please contact us at support@thesportscreen.ca. We will assist in resolving the matter.

Re-Delivery Costs:

If the package is out for delivery but not received by you, The SportScreen is not responsible for any additional costs. The customer is responsible for tracking their package once the tracking information has been provided. Any expenses incurred for re-delivery will be the responsibility of the customer.

Replacements & Missing Parts – Warranty Shipping:

The SportScreen will cover shipping for replacement or missing parts only if the issue is valid under the warranty policy. Standard shipping is used for all warranty shipments. Expedited shipping is not included, but you may contact our team to check availability and pay any additional cost if you wish to upgrade to expedited shipping.

Tariffs & Additional Fees:

While The SportScreen does its best to cover tariff and brokerage fees for shipments within North America, there may be instances where this isn’t possible due to sudden changes in border regulations. Customers shipping within North America may occasionally be responsible for import/export duties, customs charges, or other applicable taxes if circumstances change.

For shipments outside North America, customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and customs-related fees.

Taxes

The SportScreen is a Canada-based company. We are required to charge sales tax in certain U.S. states, while others do not require it. Any additional taxes or duties assessed by your state or region are outside of our control and are the customer’s responsibility.

Please note:

For orders shipping to the USA, we may require a number such as your SSN, Tax ID, ITIN, EIN, or IRS number to ensure smooth customs clearance and avoid delivery delays. This information allows us to accurately complete the necessary customs paperwork in accordance with U.S. Customs and Border Protection. We understand this information is sensitive and it will be destroyed upon order delivery.

Shipping charges are non refundable and return shipping is at the customer’s expense. 

Please note we do not ship to PO boxes.
